What are your hours of operation??

Our technicians are available from 8 in the morning to 7 in the evening (CST) Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Saturday and by appointment on Sunday.

Where are you located??

We are based in Austin, TX and our on-site technicians operate in Austin and throughout Central Texas. Our remote technicians are also based in Austin, TX. We do not outsource any calls to foreign countries.

Will you come to my home or office to fix my computer or do I need to drop it off??

A technician will conduct an interview to determine whether or not the problem can be resolved remotely, on site or if the machine needs to be picked up and serviced at our facilities.

What do I need when a technician comes to my home or office??

Someone of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time that a technician is there providing service. The technician must have access to your home or office, your consent to enter your home or office, full access to your computer and peripherals, safe working environment, work space and electrical power.

What if you cannot connect to my computer??

There will be no charge if a connection can not be established.

What if you cannot fix my problem??

Payment is due upon delivery of services. If we are unable to resolve your problem, there will be no charge.

Do you guarantee your work??

Absolutely. We guarantee our onsite work for 30 days and our remote work is guaranteed for 48 hours . If you have any problems with the work performed, contact us within the stipulated time period, we will work to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.

I need help yesterday! How quickly can you help me??

We will respond to all requests for help within 24 hours. In the case of an extreme emergency we will try to get a technician to respond within 8 hours if one is available. There may be an additional cost for an expedited response.
